Peoples' Signatures

I have to say I'm getting sick of these uneccesarily large signatures. Some people have 3 different pictures and some have pictures that are way to large. I'm sick of having half the page being signatures. I think we need to set some rules on this or try not to clutter up too much.

I say 2 sig pics + 1 team card
Max height on sig should be 200 and max width should be 600

i made my smaller, but then it made it huge. just look at it
